The world needs transformative experiences
Who are the Experience Creators?
In a room there are 7 people who do not know each other and start talking.
The director of a cultural center, a snowboard instructor, a music festival promoter, a food culture expert, a scientist and popularizer, a yoga teacher, and a cooperator.
To break the ice, the usual questions are asked a bit and everyone tells about their work and their lives, all different stories, almost mutually alien.
Then one person asks another “why,” why do you do what you do?
They all take turns responding and listening to each other smile, realizing that each of their (alien) stories shares the exact same matrix, only with different clothes.
They had all more or less given this answer:
“I love what I do; it’s my way of engaging people in experiences that can make them happy and offer them an opportunity to learn about themselves and the world.”
Curious, but thinking about it, there are millions of people around the world who use a wide variety of languages: art, sports, science, culture, tourism, … to create happy experiences that can transform people’s lives.
A lot of people, a cosmos of ideas, creativity and skills capable of acting on the progress of the world by talking to people, one at a time.
We call them transformative industries, and we think that right now, at this delicate and complex stage of history, there is a huge need for them.

Why is there a need to create transformative experiences?
Apical is a startup is a community, we founded it because we think society is full of people and organizations capable of creating extraordinary and truly transformative experiences, and that is what is needed.
So that their united impact can multiply.
So that together we can act for a society that is more inclusive, more equitable, more caring, and more capable of caring.
However, we know that there are enormous challenges to be faced in the journey from an idea to a sustainable project and that not all* have the resources, skills, and network necessary to pull it off.
That’s why we created
Apical Pilot Program
The Pilot is a 6-month acceleration program, based on the startup method and teamwork, designed to propel growth, reduce costs and risk in each project.
It is open to all transformative languages: sports, culture, art, science and tourism, but not only.
What are the requirements?
There are no entry requirements, only two conditions:
- Creators think as we do that creating experiences is a form of social innovation, and this is what motivates them/us
- Creators have the ability to create sustainable, transformative and innovative experiences.
We need everyone*, we truly believe that transformative industries, united, can create tremendous social impact and bring about real change.
Therefore, we wanted the program to be truly inclusive and also suitable for those who are sol*, have another day job and little time to devote.
How does it work?
The work plan includes 1 weekly meeting at 6:30 pm with an average workload of 1 hour per day and is also accessible to non-VAT holders.
In addition, the Pilot includes free access to Apical services: administrative direction and travel +
e-commerce platform
, to enable participants to work professionally from the start, with no worries or investments to bear.
We are Apical, a startup and community where Creators of transformative experiences can find their home and everything they need to grow.
