Apical’s is a transparent model. The interesting thing is that everything we do only works if we our creators work and succeed in pursuing a sustainable economic mission while creating impact. We are therefore all seated on the same side of the table. Pilot Program, Cloud, Agency and Partnerships of all kinds are services that Apical sells at cost, on terms that are unobtainable in the market. All services made available push creators to grow and Apical basically only makes money when the community makes money.

The Community

Our startup was founded in 2019 by providing software designed for people who want to create, manage and sell experiences of all kinds online and sell them directly to the public. In 2020 the pandemic breaks out. This event totally changes our plans, but it also gives us the opportunity to start doing something that is much closer to the motivation and culture of the team. In fact, in the spring of 2020, soon after the first impact of the lockdown, Apical creates a Community With a Facebook group. At a time when everyone was bewildered and the mere fact of being able to compare and support each other was the most important value that people needed. The creation of the Community has allowed us to grow and simultaneously learn so much by listening to the people who have since gathered around Apical.

Apical Cloud

Apical.Cloud is the only travel and experience booking software that does marketing for you. Adoption of Apical Cloud software involves two different plans. While you think about creating extraordinary experiences Apical takes care of selling them for you with marketing and technology. Or, you can create, manage and sell online directly to your audience with the integrations and power of our Dynamic Packaging engine. Apical Cloud allows us to take commissions from sales made by creators and is our only real source of income.

Pilot Program

Out of this learning process first came the Pilot Program in September 2020, a 6-month support and acceleration program offering strategic and operational support services. With Apical, those who are starting a transformative experience, entrepreneurial or self-employment project can have the highest chance of success and be economically viable. The program is now in its seventh year, and theeighth will start in September. There are about 70 projects collected throughout the editions. When a creator leaves the Pilot Program, he or she can activate and continue with us ideally forever, gaining more and more support. Otherwise, he may decide to remain only in the community. Thus, there is no moment when the experience stops.

Apical Agency

For this reason, Apical Agency was born in 2021, that is, a different mode of support, for more built-up, though perhaps very small, companies who realize that they do not have sufficient skills to carry out projects without help. With Apical Agency, the team analyzes the skills that creators lack in terms of strategy, marketing, and communication and offers them a project that usually lasts between 7 and 12 renewable months.
Through a monthly subscription you will have three to four team members with complementary skills who are able to get people who use these services to spend money well and start selling consistently .

In May 2022 was born
Experiences.com
, the b2b marketplace. Apical Community realities sell under their own brand through their own sites and channels. Zooming out a bit, it was realized that all these realities, put together, create a truly rich offer, perceived by the market as something extremely rare in the world of the traditional tourism supply chain. Therefore, Apical intends to take all the offerings of active creators in the community and present them together with a large number of partners, travel agencies, tour operators, agencies, associations, and other organizations. In this way it is possible to help these entities find new clients and new audiences using reputation and networking.

The procurement of financial resources

Meanwhile, in May 2022, a new path began and Apical took action on the issue of the Resourcing with two partnerships. On the one hand with AB Consulting, a company that researches, designs calls, then often grant funding opportunities that creators can use. On the other hand, Banca Etica, our longstanding partner that provides a kind of privileged avenue for those who are part of the Community to submit a business plan and access credit and debt capital that they can use to make investments in their future .

This complex of initiatives basically covers all the needs: community, technology, acceleration, strategic operational support, marketing, communication, economic resourcing and distribution.

Regolamento e procedure anti Covid19

La partecipazione a TUTTI gli eventi organizzati da Apical prevede l’accettazione, da parte del partecipante, del seguente regolamento disciplinare, in cui sono elencate le Misure di prevenzione e protezione per evitare la diffusione da coronavirus – Covid-19.

Per tale motivo il partecipante agli eventi Apical:

– assicura di rispettare le Misure di contenimento della diffusione del COVID-19 espresse

nell’articolo 1 del decreto-legge n. 33 del 16 maggio 2020, ed è a conoscenza delle sanzioni, in caso di mancato rispetto, espresse nell’art 2 del suddetto decreto;

– è a conoscenza del decreto-legge n. 6 del 23 febbraio 2020, articolo 1, lett. h) e i), che

preclude l’accesso ad ogni attività a chiunque sia Positivo al COVID-19 e a chiunque, negli

ultimi 14 giorni abbia avuto contatti con soggetti risultati positivi al COVID-19 o provenga da zone a rischio secondo le indicazioni dell’OMS;

– in presenza di febbre (oltre 37.5°) o altri sintomi influenzali, ha l’obbligo di rimanere al

proprio domicilio e di chiamare il proprio medico di famiglia e/o l’autorità sanitaria;

– se ha eseguito un tampone, per accertare positività o meno al COVID-19, di cui non ha ancora esito, ha l’obbligo di non prendere parte all’attività;

– accetta di sottoporsi, prima dell’inizio dell’attività, al controllo della temperatura eseguito dalla guida. Qualora risultasse uguale o superiore a 37.5° accetta di non prendere parte all’attività.

Il partecipante deve inoltre rispettare le ulteriori norme disciplinari stabilite da Apical:

– obbligo di indossare mascherina, qualora non fosse possibile rispettare la distanza minima di 1 metro dagli altri partecipanti e avere sempre con sé un gel igienizzante a base alcolica da utilizzare in tutte le occasioni, dove necessario.

– niente abbracci e strette di mano.

– rispetto delle distanza minima di 1 metro tra ogni partecipante.

– divieto di uso promiscuo di bottiglie e bicchieri.

– obbligo di informare immediatamente la Guida in caso di qualsiasi malessere o sintomo
 influenzale dovesse sopravvenire durante l’escursione.

Con l’accettazione del regolamento il partecipante dichiara di essere stato compiutamente informato da Apical in merito alle procedure anti Covid da rispettare ed esonera e manleva formalmente Apical da qualsiasi responsabilità di qualsiasi titolo e/o genere e/o natura e/o efficacia, derivante dalla violazione, da parte del partecipante medesimo, delle prescrizioni contenute nel “regolamento e procedure anti Covid” sopra citato.
