Meeting #1: let's get to know each other

First, let’s get to know each other! Book a meeting with the team, tell us about your project and let’s figure out together if Apical.Cloud is the right solution for you

meeting #2: learn how to use the platform

If we have decided that the platform is right for you, we will invite you to a second meeting during which you will gain access to the platform and personally create, with our help, your first products. Then you can decide whether to continue with us.

FAQ

1.What is the difference between the various types of products: festivals, retreats, etc.?

Right now it is simply a label that will help your guests find their way around your products; the internal structure is identical for the 5 types.

2.Can I set different installment amounts in installment payments?

The only amount that can be customized is the initial down payment. The remaining installments will be generated automatically by dividing the remaining amount to be settled equally.

3.If I create a program with a recurring date, can I add a date even if it is not within the weekly/monthly cadence?

Absolutely. In the lower section of the page you can select the desired date and click on add. This will add it to the calendar.

4.Can I create the product directly?

No, the inventory should always be created first and only then the product.

5.If I have different dates but not weekly/monthly can I enter them together or do I have to create different products?

You can enter all the dates at once, from the Single Date section you can enter as many dates as you want.

6.Can I edit a product after creating it?

Of course, you can change the general information, prices and availability for individual departures from the Products section.

7.I created the product but I don’t see the widget, why?

To be able to see the widget, after creating the product you need to set it as visible from the Products section.

8.How do I integrate Apical.Cloud to my site?

Integration is very simple and is done through a widget that is automatically generated by the platform whenever a product is created and made visible.

9.I created a discount but didn’t understand how to make it use.

You need to share the Code with the clients you want to have it used by. All they need to do is enter it on the payment page.

1.How do quantities work in inventory?

Within the Apical.Cloud inventory there are 4 types of quantities to be entered:

1 – Quantity: indicates the availability

2 – Minimum quantity: minimum quantity of that supply that can be purchased within the same shopping cart

3 – Maximum quantity: maximum quantity of that supply that can be purchased within the same shopping cart

4 – Participants: how many participants are expected for a single unit of that supply

2.What changes between different types of accommodation and activities?

Nothing, the structure is the same. The type is just a label that will help your guests better identify the business/accommodation

1.Is it possible to perform monetary reimbursement or only through coupons?

It is possible to make reimbursement through the two modes: monetary and with coupons.”

2.Is it possible to customize order confirmation, refund, etc. emails?

No, for the time being, the emails are pre-packaged.

1.Can I create different insurances for different products?

No, the insurances are the same for all products within the store.

2.Regarding donations, do I have to select one of the entities on the platform or can I add an entity of my choice?

We propose by default two charities with which we usually collaborate, but it is also possible to include others.

Regolamento e procedure anti Covid19

La partecipazione a TUTTI gli eventi organizzati da Apical prevede l’accettazione, da parte del partecipante, del seguente regolamento disciplinare, in cui sono elencate le Misure di prevenzione e protezione per evitare la diffusione da coronavirus – Covid-19.

Per tale motivo il partecipante agli eventi Apical:

– assicura di rispettare le Misure di contenimento della diffusione del COVID-19 espresse

nell’articolo 1 del decreto-legge n. 33 del 16 maggio 2020, ed è a conoscenza delle sanzioni, in caso di mancato rispetto, espresse nell’art 2 del suddetto decreto;

– è a conoscenza del decreto-legge n. 6 del 23 febbraio 2020, articolo 1, lett. h) e i), che

preclude l’accesso ad ogni attività a chiunque sia Positivo al COVID-19 e a chiunque, negli

ultimi 14 giorni abbia avuto contatti con soggetti risultati positivi al COVID-19 o provenga da zone a rischio secondo le indicazioni dell’OMS;

– in presenza di febbre (oltre 37.5°) o altri sintomi influenzali, ha l’obbligo di rimanere al

proprio domicilio e di chiamare il proprio medico di famiglia e/o l’autorità sanitaria;

– se ha eseguito un tampone, per accertare positività o meno al COVID-19, di cui non ha ancora esito, ha l’obbligo di non prendere parte all’attività;

– accetta di sottoporsi, prima dell’inizio dell’attività, al controllo della temperatura eseguito dalla guida. Qualora risultasse uguale o superiore a 37.5° accetta di non prendere parte all’attività.

Il partecipante deve inoltre rispettare le ulteriori norme disciplinari stabilite da Apical:

– obbligo di indossare mascherina, qualora non fosse possibile rispettare la distanza minima di 1 metro dagli altri partecipanti e avere sempre con sé un gel igienizzante a base alcolica da utilizzare in tutte le occasioni, dove necessario.

– niente abbracci e strette di mano.

– rispetto delle distanza minima di 1 metro tra ogni partecipante.

– divieto di uso promiscuo di bottiglie e bicchieri.

– obbligo di informare immediatamente la Guida in caso di qualsiasi malessere o sintomo
 influenzale dovesse sopravvenire durante l’escursione.

Con l’accettazione del regolamento il partecipante dichiara di essere stato compiutamente informato da Apical in merito alle procedure anti Covid da rispettare ed esonera e manleva formalmente Apical da qualsiasi responsabilità di qualsiasi titolo e/o genere e/o natura e/o efficacia, derivante dalla violazione, da parte del partecipante medesimo, delle prescrizioni contenute nel “regolamento e procedure anti Covid” sopra citato.
